Just in Time for Helping Clean Up ~ Mean Green Multi-Purpose Cleaner

Mean Green is amazing, and just in time for Christmas, I’ve discovered it. Mean Green is a fabulous Multi Purpose Cleaner, that is helping me clean up, after my baking, and cooking for the Holidays. My husband loves it, more than the leading brands. He says, “Man, it really cuts the grease on the grill.” My 20 year old, daughter, loves Mean Green, too. She said that it really helped to clean up the stains on her work clothes. “Just a couple of sprays, and in the wash, with a little Biz added, and pow, clean,” she said.
Mean Green is a great degreaser, and multi purpose cleaner. Why would you buy anything else, once discovering Mean Green. I gave a bottle to my Mother In Law, and her husband. They used it on their car windows, and she said “streak free”. My husband used it in the basement, where he’s remodeling, right now, and he said it really cleaned up the messes he’s made.
My mom, on the other hand, is using the Mean Green Wipes. She loves them. Says she did her windows, in the picture window. She said that the windows came sparkling clean, and the Christmas Tree just sparkles.
There is an entire line of Mean Green products. We currently are using the Multi purpose line, but we will be investing in all of the products available. I have seen how well the Multi Purpose Cleaner works, so I can just imagine the other products work wonders, as well.

Great Stocking Stuffers Listed Below

We could always use ideas for Stocking Stuffers, so where better to get them, than here. These are all great ideas. I always liked when my mom would put a drink in our stocking, and a treat. That way, when we were opening presents, we had something at our fingertips. It was the perfect idea, that I carried on for my children. And, I do stockings for 13 children/adults, so these will all be in our stockings!
I’m going to start with the great Sparkling Ice. If you’ve never had Sparkling Ice, you are missing out. There is a huge variety of flavors, and they are so inexpensive. You can even buy them in a family pack, at Walmart. This would make a great stocking treat, for any aged child/adult.
The Welch’s Fruit Rolls, oh my goodness. These are delicious, and taste just like the leading brand. They are fabulous. You could open the box, and put one in each stocking, or two, depending on the size of your family. My husband ate the entire box, the last time I bought them. Yeah, he loves them, and so will your family.
The Carrington Farms Chia Seeds, go to my sister. She loves Chia, so this is right up her alley. They are also inexpensive, and would be a great stocking filler, towards the top. Chia Seeds, from Carrington Farms, are completely 100% organic, and have some great benefits. Take a look at their page.
One of my mother’s favorite products, Munk Pack. This amazing oatmeal would make a fantastic filler for any stocking. You can eat it right out of the fridge, or right out of the stocking. You don’t need to refrigerate them, at all. So, to throw one in each stocking, and to have a great, and healthy, breakfast, while opening presents would be a great morning for mom, or dad.
If a family member doesn’t like the Sparkling taste, there’s always Aqua Ball. This flavored water is fantastic. My 20 year old has loved it for years, and still loves it. She sucks it down, when we buy it. We’ve bought Aqua Ball at Sam’s Club, and gotten a good amount of bottles. This would be fabulous for any stocking.
Brooklyn Crafted is my favorite stocking stuffer, though. It’s a great Ginger Ale/Ginger Beer, and after all the junk (cookies, cakes, candy) that I eat, leading up to Christmas, this helps to settle my stomach. SO, I know what I’m putting in my stocking.

The Glass Castle is a Fantastic Movie

We watched The Glass Castle the other day, and it was fantastic. I really like Woody Harrelson, and adore Naomi Watts, so this was a no brainer, for me, to watch. And Brie Larson played an exceptional role. Even my 20 year old, daughter, got into watching it. She said she will have to read the book next. She always loves to compare the book to the movie.
The story line is super. You will really enjoy this movie. And, it’s a Real Life Drama.

I Live For Canvas On Demand!

Canvas On Demand is a great company to order your Custom Canvas Prints from. I received mine the other day, and I must say I am most pleased. My 20 year old, daughter, and 6 year old, son, look fabulous. The picture turned out better than I had hoped, on the enlarged Canvas.
You can even get Canvas to color. I forgot to order mine, but I’m sure it would’ve been great. I love Canvas On Demand, and know how well our Canvas Picture turned out. I’ve never been more pleased with a canvas photo. The pixels are perfect, the backing is wonderful, and the canvas is superb! I want to keep it, but I actually had it made for my mom, whose birthday is Christmas Eve.
Whether you need one picture, or multiples, I would definitely suggest Canvas On Demand. The photo is so clear, and the colors are so bold. I love it. My kids both wore red, that’s why I say the colors are bold. They turned out just as I had hoped.

How did you get involved in the Pittsburgh Japanese Culture Society?
I am a former Marketing/Communications Executive with several Fortune 500
companies. I took early retirement to focus on hobbies and traveling. For
the past ten years I have provided my many years of Marketing expertise to
help Anime Conventions grow their base and overall business. I connected
with the Pittsburgh Japanese Culture Society nearly 3 years ago to help the
Board of Directors ensure long-term growth, stability and regional
exposure. Basically, to help organization remain both competitive and
financially sound. The end goal is to ensure the thousands of local and
regional anime fans have a continued, reliable source of cultural and
educational entertainment for many years to come.
How long have you been interested in Japanese Culture?
For decades.
What lead you to become so interested in Japanese Culture?
In my world travels the Japanese culture is both fascinating and beautiful.
It’s my favorite country to visit. The people place an emphasis on a
cultural heritage built on politeness based on a strong sense of family.
Not to mention the geography is simply breathtaking. From the mountains, to
the ocean, to the metropolis of Tokyo, it’s beauty is visually stunning.
Who is your favorite Voice Actor or Japanese Band member you’ve met?
Unfortunately, there are so many talented individuals in this category it
would be difficult to narrow down to just a few. I do know that the people
I have met who do voice acting for a living are extremely dedicated and
proud of their skills and performances (on and off the screen). As far as
bands, I do enjoy listening to “Dreams Come True”. They are a Japanese new
wave/rhythm and blues band who have been performing worldwide for nearly 30
years.
Have you ever visited Japan?
Yes. Several times.
How did you become the lead PR for these events?
I volunteered my services and expertise. The Board of Directors are great
people who place the emphasis on the “convention experience” and attendee
satisfaction. Being a part of the senior leadership team was a natural fit.
What all goes into being in charge of an event as big as Tekko?
The answer to this question is extremely complex. First and foremost you
are working with an all-volunteer organization.
The best way I can honestly summarize it is focused leadership, dedicated*
teamwork* and flawless execution.
We have nearly 300 volunteers for Tekko alone spread across more than 10+
department. The Pittsburgh Japanese Culture Society is like a large family.
We sometimes disagree, but always have each other’s backs. Again, the goal
is to make sure the attendees have a fun time, develop new friends and
relationships and make new memories for years to come.
