First of all, I never knew there were so many recipes for the Air Fryer. I love everything I’ve made, to this point. And, I plan on making a lot more. Did you know, for instance, that you can put a potato in the air fryer? I didn’t know it! But 5 Ingredient Fryer Recipes has taught me a lot.
If I’m being totally honest, I never put oil, of any kind, in my air fryer. I do every recipe without it. I know this may sound weird, but it’s supposed to be air frying, not deep frying. I’ve never used oil in my air fryer, and I’ve had it for approximately 2 years.

Best Buy has Google Pixelbook

The Google Pixelbook is so amazing. When I heard about it, I had to run out and get one. All the things you can do with it, and Google at your fingertips. I love my new Google Pixelbook.
I was shopping around for a new laptop, or netbook, when I ran across the Google Pixelbook, at Best Buy. As you can see, it completely folds in half. This is the first time that I have owned a computer that does this. I’m super excited. The keyboard doesn’t get in my way.
Not only does it fold completely in half, but I can fold it backwards, half way, and use it standing up. I sit at a desk all day so this is perfect.
This has got to be the best computer purchase that I have ever made, and I have been buying computers since the early 90s.

Aliens Ate My Homework was an interesting film, and both of my kids loved it. Sarah, age 20, thought it was so cute, and Jacob, age 6, believed the entire film. It’s really cute. I loved it too.
The cast was great, and consisted of: Jayden Greig, Lauren McNamara, Kirsten Robek, Dan Payne, Alex Zahara, Ty Consiglio, Sean Quan, William Shatner, Tristan Risk.
Unexpected extraterrestrial guests team up with a pair of middle schoolers to prevent the destruction of the planet in Aliens Ate My Homework, coming to DVD, Digital and On Demand on March 6, 2018, from Universal 1440 Entertainment, a production entity of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. A humorous and suspenseful intergalactic adventure, Aliens Ate My Homework follows the whimsical members of the Galactic Patrol on the trail of an evil alien criminal hiding out on Earth.

How to Save the Most Money on Your Mortgage

Buying a home is an exciting moment in any person’s life. It’s one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make! That’s why it’s important to do your research on how to save the most money on your mortgage.
This list includes money-saving tips for before you buy a home and also after you buy. Each tip will help you save a little bit but over time those savings will add up.

Make Sure Your Credit Score Is Good
The lower the interest rate on your mortgage, the lower the monthly payment will be. Lenders will charge higher interest rates to people with lower credit scores. About one year before looking for your home, check your credit score. If it needs to be higher, work to raise it.
Shop for the Lowest Interest Rate Possible
Interest rates matter tremendously in your payment. The lower the rate, the lower your payments. Shop around for the lowest interest rate you can find. Even a 1% decrease in interest rate can save you thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. If you are financing in a period of high rates, consider refinancing when interest rates go down again.
Avoid PMI by Paying 20% Down
If your down payment is less than 20 percent, most lenders will charge Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). When you own 78 percent of the home’s assessed value, PMI will drop on conventional loans, but until then, it will add to your mortgage costs every month. Be cautious of FHA loans that have PMI for the life of the loan. You would need to refinance in order to get that extra monthly payment removed. And refinancing means you have to pay closing costs, which is usually 2-3% of the loan.
Use Points
Points are a type of prepaid interest that you can pay upfront to lower your costs over the life of the mortgage. You can usually buy up to three points. These points are in addition to your mortgage costs. Before you purchase points, take the time to calculate if you will recoup the cost of the points.
Make Additional One-Time Payments
Any payment you make on the mortgage’s principal will lower the amount you owe, and decrease the monthly payment. So making one-time payments every year will help those mortgage payments drop. If you receive a tax return or a cash gift, it’s a good investment of the money.
Plan for Biweekly Payments
Biweekly payments lower the principal faster than monthly payments. With biweekly payments, you will pay a lower amount 26 times per year rather than 24 times, which whittles the mortgage away faster. The more the mortgage amount drops, the less you pay.
Take the time to figure out how you can best save money on your mortgage before purchasing a home, and you will certainly thank yourself later.

Tekko 2018 Coming Soon to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center

Tekko is an annual Japanese Pop Culture convention, including all things anime, gaming, fashion, and music. It takes place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center on April 5-8. Tekko is in it’s 16th year, and has one of its best line ups coming this year!
Tekko has announced many special guests, including voice actors, DJs, cosplay judges, fashion designers, and fashion guests.
The band this year for Tekko is LM.C. This will be their first and only US east coast appearance! They are a Japanese rock band consisting of Maya on vocals and Aiji on guitar.
They have 8 full albums and two theme songs from the anime series REBORN!
One of the many voice actors they’ve announced is Monica Rial, who voices Mey Rin from Black Butler, Shiro from Deadman Wonderland, May Chang from FMA Brotherhood, Renge from Ouran High School Host Club, Tsubaki from Soul Eater, and many more! Bryce Papenbrook is another voice actor who will be there. He voices Eren from Attack on Titan, Kirito in Sword Art Online, Rin Okumura in Blue Exorcist, Masamoi Kida in Durarara!!, Henry in Fire Emblem Awakening, and many more! Another of the voice actors is Vic Mignogna, who voices Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Tamaki Suoi in Ouran High School Host Club, Death Scythe in Soul Eater, Luciano in Code Geass, and many more! Luci Christian is the last voice actor that will be at Tekko. She voiced Wrath in Fullmetal Alchemist, Honey in Ouran High School Host Club, Alois in Black Butler, Medusa in Soul Eater, and many more!
Toshi Salvino is a multimedia visual artist that will be at Tekko. She is a visual artist with a focus on style and makeup, who uses her body as a canvas turning herself into a Living Art Doll. Hard Decora is an apparel and illustration brand, that will be at Tekko, that promotes aggressive individuality. Kamilah Jones started Hard Decora in 2014. She saw a Fairy Kei girl on tumblr carrying a pastel gun, which inspired her brand. Saki Tachibana will be joining Tekko from BABY, the Stars Shine Bright, which is a Lolita fashion clothing brand founded in Tokyo, Japan. The brand wants to make designs that make one feel like an elegant princess when wearing them. Many of Saki’s deigns come from fairy tales, black cats, and other themes.
Tekko will also have some other special guests. Dan Coglan, a.k.a. “Samurai Dan” and his wife Jillian are acknowledged masters of martial mayhem. They teach historical and hysterical panels on the way of the warrior as well as have high energy, mostly safe stage shows. Dan is also a standup comedian. Nancy Kepner is a guitarist, who writes clever songs about all fandoms! She currently has three albums and a YouTube channel called HeartfeltHumor. Tekko also has a four DJ line up this year for the dance!
