Seriously Good Freezer Meals is a super great book, if you work a lot. Because you can make the meals ahead of time, and freeze them for later.

I’ve tried many recipes out of this book, but none top Boneless BBQ Pork Ribs. They are so delicious, and can be found on page 189. It’s simple to put together, and cook, when ready. This book is really cool, because there’s a Make it now, Make it a freezer meal, and even Reheat. You can also find a guideline, at the bottom of each page, to make multiple batches.

Back To School with Home Chef

Home Chef is a great service.

I recently started going through Home Chef, for my family. It’s great. I couldn’t ask for a better selection, and the food is so fresh. I didn’t use mine for about 3 days, and it was still fresh. I love the freshness, and so does 19 year old, Sarah.

Sarah will come home from her Sophmore year, at College, and make herself a meal. This is so easy with Home Chef. Everything in one place, just throw it together, and POW! the perfect dinner. I even got her a few 2 people meals, so she can feed her boyfriend. We love Home Chef, and will continue to order from them, as long as they are a service.

FedEx brought our package, all arranged in Dry Ice. It was in Baggies, and marked what it was. They gave me a recipe, and a binder to keep the recipes in. That way, if I want to make it again, I can.

You, too, will love Home Chef Meal Delivery Service, and it will make your life so much easier. The meals are really inexpensive, and it tells you what you have in your kitchen, and what they sent you in the bag. Like I already said, everything, including the bag, is already easily marked, for you to know what is where. We had Broccoli, and Balsamic Steak yesterday.

There’s an easy to find guide on their site, that will review your meals with you. So far, I’ve received: Chicken Pad Thai, and Balsamic-Glazed Steak. Both meals were absolutely delicious. And, since Sarah is getting ready to move near College, we let her make the meals, for practice. Again, I will continue to order from Home Chef, and I will order for Sarah & Josh, when they move to College. This will make sure they are fed well, at an inexpensive price.
