A few years ago I had the pleasure to try out a few of the Pro Series Knives and I can tell

that they are as sharp today as they were back then..The Pro Series 7″ Santoku Knife

A Heavy Duty come-apart Multi-Function Kitchen Shear that cuts bone, opens packages and peels vegetables. The 10″ Diamond Sharpening tool will keep all the knives sharp as new.
